Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

1. Select Proceed to Checkout
2. Select or add your shipping address
3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary

Shipping Policies

Drainx ships all items within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Shipping methods & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unavoidable circumstances, we sincerely apologize in advance.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Drainx​ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
